SEARS TOOTH

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership previously existing between Raymond Clive Tooth and David Brodie Lister carrying on the professional practice of Solicitors under the name “Sears Tooth” at 98 Park Lane, London W1K 7TQ (“the Premises”) has been dissolved as from 21 December 2007. All debts due and owing by the Partnership will be received and paid by Raymond Clive Tooth who shall continue to carry on the practice under the name of the Sears Tooth at the Premises.
