A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 1-4 Lady Lane Industrial Estate, Hadleigh, Suffolk IP7 6AS, presented on 19 November 2007 by CEMEX UK Operations Ltd, of Camden House, Clearwater Business Park, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees TS17 6QY, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Newcastle upon Tyne District Registry, The Law Courts, Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, on 8 January 2008, at 1520 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
