A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situate at Waverley, Edgerton Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire HD3 3AR, presented on 6 September 2007 by Labour Ready Temporary Services UK Limited, whose registered office is situate at 1 Springfield Street, Warrington WA1 1BB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Preston District Registry at The Law Courts, Ringway, Preston PR1 2LL, on 10 January 2008 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 9 January 2008.
