Notice is hereby given that Anthony Murphy, Roger Tulloch and Robert William Leslie Horton, all of Smith and Williamson Limited, No. 1 Bishops Wharf, Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, GU1 4RA, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 12 November 2007 by the Members at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.

The Joint Liquidator gives notice pursuant to Rule 4.182(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before 12 December 2007 to send their names and addresses with particulars of any claims against the Company to the Joint Liquidators at the above address. Notice is also given pursuant to Rule 4.182(A)(6) that the Joint Liquidators intend to make a first and final distribution to creditors who have submitted claims and that the distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.

The Directors of the Company have made a Statutory Declaration that they have made a full inquiry into the Company’s affairs and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full together with interest within a period of twelve months from the commencement of the winding up.
