NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Green’s Park & Leisure Homes Ltd for consent to discharge 27.9 cubic metres of domestic septic tank effluent per day to groundwaters via a soakaway at National Grid Reference SE 4678 2502 from Oakland Hill Estate, Fryston Lane, Ferrybridge, WF11 8SH.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Peter Baker, The Environment Agency, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG not later than 20 December 2007 quoting reference R800917.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Environment Agency address above, between the hours of 9 am & 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
