Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 27 June 2007, Westfield UK Trustee Limited transferred to Guildford Investments Trustee Limited all of the interest held by it in The Wilmslow (No. 4) Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP007036 and that with effect from 27 June 2007 ceased to be a Limited Partner and Guildford Investments Trustee Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
