Special Resolution

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Charles David Harrison of Crane & Partners, Sussex House, 8-10 Homesdale Road, Bromley, Kent BR2 9LZ be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
