Notice is hereby given, under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Buzzard Leisure Limited, Holiday House, Sandbrook Park, Sandbrook Way, Rochdale OL11 1SA, on Wednesday 8 August 2007, at 10.00 am precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and to receive the report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, to approve the final remuneration of the Joint Liquidators and to authorise the disposal of the Company’s books and records. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member.
