Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Abbots House, Abbey Street, Reading RG1 3BD, on 9 July 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am for the Members and Creditors Annual Meetings respectively, and 11.00 am and 11.30 am for the Members and Creditors Final Meetings respectively. The purpose of the Meetings is for the Members and Creditors to receive an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year and a report regarding the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
