Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us, the undersigned, William Michael Wooldridge, Michael Richard George Pennington Rothwell and Rhona Margaret King, carrying on business as Coopers, Solicitors at 7 King Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1EP, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31 May 2007 so far as concerns Rhona Margaret King, who retires from the said firm.

The late firm will merge with, and William Michael Wooldridge and Michael Richard George Pennington Rothwell will become Members of, Hacking Ashton LLP, of Berkeley Court, Borough Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1TT, on 1 June 2007.

All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by Hacking Ashton LLP (incorporating Coopers).
