Final General Meetings of Creditors have been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine the Liquidator’s release in accordance with section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meetings will be held at Atherton Bailey, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sußsex RH11 7XL, on 2 May 2007, at 10.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 1 May 2007 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meetings (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
