1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney on 19 January 2007 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to:

(a) convert that section of Elderfield Road which lies between Dunlace Road and Clifden Road into two-way operation.
(b) convert that section of Glenarm Road which lies between Chatsworth Road and Elderfield Road into one-way operation, in an east to west direction.

2. Copies of the Order, which comes into force on 24 January 2007, and of other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, in the reception area, Dorothy Hodgkin House, London Borough of Hackney, Reading Lane, London E8 1HJ. 3. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
