(Company Number 2842844) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntary wound up, are required, on or before 28 February 2007, to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Gregory Andrew Palfrey, of Smith & Williamson, Imperial House, 18-21 Kings Park Road, Southampton SO15 2AT, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Notice is further given, pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, of the Liquidator’s intention to declare a First and Final Dividend within 4 months of the last date for proving.
