Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 12 January 2007 GE Leveraged Loans Limited transferred to Global Fund Partners, L.P. its entire interest in PAI Europe IV-B-6 (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP009996 and that with effect from 12 January 2007 Global Fund Partners, L.P. became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
