In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) No 9856 of 2006 In the Matter of CROWN INN (a Firm) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Crown Inn (a Firm) having its principal place of business at Crown Inn, Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd CF38 2HL, presented on 6 December 2006 by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (formerly HM Customs and Excise), of EIS Liverpool DMB, 3rd Floor NW, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard by the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7 February 2007, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 6 February 2007.
