A Petition to wind up Beeston’s Construction Services (a Firm) having its principal place of business at South View, Chester Road, Calveley, Cheshire CW6 9JN, presented on 4 December 2006 by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (formerly HM Customs and Excise), of EIS Liverpool DMB, 3rd Floor NW, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership will be heard by the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7 February 2007, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
