BIRMINGHAM MOTOR TRACTION LIMITED(Company Number 4392415) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR, on 2 February 2007, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in section 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Creditors should note that the Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms under which the appointed Liquidator(s) is/are to be remunerated. The Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and of convening the Meeting. A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR, on the two business days before the date on which the Meeting is to be held. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) ensure that their proxy form is received at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR, not later than 12.00 noon on 1 February 2007. The proxy form may be posted or sent by facsimile to 0121 321 4801. In addition to any proxy, Creditors must also provide a statement of account.
