ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) AND 15
(THE DRIVE, THE PARADE, THE AVENUE, (PART) LEEDS 9) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND USE) ORDER 2007

Notice is hereby given that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the undermentioned highways (construction works being undertaken), and the Council is satisfied that vehicular and pedestrian use of the said highways should be restricted by reason of those works, and that the execution of the works in question will take longer than 18 months, Leeds City Council intends, in not less than 21 days from the date of this notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be: No person shall proceed or cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along: 1. The Drive, Leeds 9 from its junction with Richmond Street to its junction with The Avenue; 2. The Parade, Leeds 9 from its junction with The Avenue; and 3. The Avenue, Leeds 9 from a point 30 metres from its junction with the Close to its junction with The Parade. No diversionary route will be available. The Order will come into operation on Monday 12 February 2007 and will remain in force for as long as is necessary to undertake the works.
