PUBLIC GAS TRANSPORTER PIPELINE WORKS (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 1999

National Grid hereby give notice, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 10(3) of the Public Gas Transporter Pipeline Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1999, that it has applied to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for consent to construct a 10 km long, 900mm diameter natural gas pipeline from its existing Above Ground Installation (AGI) situated at Honeybourne in Worcestershire (Ordnance Survey (OS) Grid Reference SP 106 435) to an existing Compressor Station situated at Wormington in Gloucestershire (OS Grid Reference SP 051 368). In accordance with the above mentioned Regulations, this application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement, a copy of which may be inspected by members of the public during opening hours at: Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 1PT; Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Road, Tewksbury GL20 5TT; Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 1PX; Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP; Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG, until the close of business on 1 March 2007. Copies of the application for consent and the Environmental Statement may be obtained from: Martin Kinsey, Project Manager, National Grid, Unit 2 a Vale Business Centre, Vale Business Park, Evesham WR11 1GN, at a charge of £75.00 for each copy of the Environmental Statement. DVDs of the Environmental Statement can be purchased at a charge of £15.00.
