Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Singla & Company, 4th Floor, 12 Devereux Court, Strand, London WC2R 3JL, on Monday 19 February 2007, at 2.30 pm and 2.45 pm respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at Singla & Company, 4th Floor, 12 Devereux Court, Strand, London WC2R 3JL, no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 16 February 2007.
