Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Unit C, First Floor, Crofton House, Fareham Heights, Standard Way, Fareham PO16 8XT, on 21 February 2007, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.15 am on the same day by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of showing how the liquidation has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, records and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Unit C, First Floor, Crofton House, Fareham Heights, Standard Way, Fareham PO16 8XT, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
