In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Manchester District Registry  No 2319 of 2006 In the Matter of FAST24 LIMITED (Company Number 4494506) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Compass House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge CB4 9AD, presented on 28 December 2006 by Tiscali UK Limited, of 20 Broadwick Street, London W1F 8HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, the High Court of Justice, 184 Deansgate, Manchester M60 9DJ, on 19 February 2007, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
