A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on her administration of the liquidation, and determining whether the Liquidator should have her release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, on Friday 9 February 2007, at 10.00 am.
