Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Langley Group LLP, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, on 27 March 2007, at 11.00 am, and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation as the Liquidator may give. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting: That the Liquidator’s final report incorporating his final receipts and payments account be approved and that the Liquidator be released from office. A Dividend will not be paid to any class of Creditor as there were insufficient funds to meeting in full the costs and expenses of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Langley Group LLP at the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day next before the Meetings.
