PROPOSED STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAY AT WESTHOUGHTON, BOLTON

THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that Bolton MBC has decided not to proceed with the application for an Order under Section 247 of the above Act. This would have authorised the stopping up of a length of Brancker Street, Westhoughton, Bolton referred to in the notice published on 6 April 2006 in the Bolton Journal.
