DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A (3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal for the A36 Wylye Valley Traffic Management Scheme which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980 is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EECC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.
