THE HOUNSLOW (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO.1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2007

1. The Council of the London Borough of Hounslow hereby gives Notice that on 15 January 2007 it made an Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the general effect of which will be to impose a system of one way working in the roads of the Worton Estate as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice. 2. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 23 January 2007 together with a copy of a map which indicates the lengths of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which this Notice is published at the Forms and Documents Counter at the Access Hounslow Main Reception Area at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 3. A copy of the Order may be purchased from the Street Management and Public Protection Department, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
