THE ICT (EMI 1962) PENSION SCHEME

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27, notice is given that all Members or other persons having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the ICT (EMI 1962) Pension Scheme established by a definitive deed dated 9 August 1962, are required to sent particulars in writing to the Trustee of the ICT (EMI 1962) Pension Scheme marked for the attention of the Pensions Manager, Fujitsu Services Pensions Department, Swan House, The Causeway, Staines, Middlesex TW18 3BF, on or before 13 February 2007, after which date the Trustee of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the funds of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the funds of the Scheme so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice. Members who have received letters from the Trustee dated July 1998 and April 1999 need not respond. The Trustee of the ICT (EMI 1962) Pension Scheme 16 January 2007.
