Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that as Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company, I intend paying a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors within the next 4 months. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before Friday 16 February 2007, to submit their proofs of debt to me as Joint Liquidator of the Company, at Gerald Edelman, Suite 1, Kent House, Station Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PP. Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his or her debt by close of business on Friday 16 February 2007, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he or she has not participated in it, the First or any other Dividend declared before his or her debt is proved.
