THE A65 TRUNK ROAD (GARGRAVE BYPASS SIDE ROADS) ORDER 1990, AS VARIED BY THE A65 TRUNK ROAD (GARGRAVE BYPASS SIDE ROADS) ORDER 1990 VARIATION ORDER 1992 AND THE A65 TRUNK ROAD (GARGRAVE BYPASS SIDE ROADS) ORDER 1990 VARIATION (NO.2) ORDER 1993 (REVOCATION) ORDER 2006

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under Sections 12, 14, 125 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980 providing that the A65 Trunk Road (Gargrave Bypass Side Roads) Order 1990, as varied by the A65 Trunk Road (Gargrave Bypass Side Roads) Order 1990 Variation Order 1992 and the A65 Trunk Road (Gargrave Bypass Side Roads) Order 1990 Variation (No.2) Order 1993, be revoked. The Order to be revoked authorises highways to be improved and private means of access and highways to be stopped up. COPIES of the Revocation Order have been deposited at the Highways Agency, Room 710, City Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester M1 4BE; at the offices of Craven District Council, Granville Street, Skipton BD23 1PS; and at Skipton Library, High Street, Skipton BD23 1JX where they are open to inspection free of charge at all reasonable hours. COPIES of the Revocation Order can be obtained from Carl Stockton at the offices of the Highways Agency, Room 710 City Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester M1 4BE; ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED by the Revocation Order who desires to question its validity, or the validity of any provision in it, on the ground that — (a) it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, or (b) any requirement of that Act or of regulations made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Revocation Order, may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice.
