RE-CYCLING WORKS (HARINGEY) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, on 15 February 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Joint Liquidators’ final report and receipts and payments account to 9 January 2007, is hereby agreed, that Nicholas John Miller and Ian Robert be granted their release as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that the Joint Liquidators may destroy any records held in regard to the Company within 1 year of their release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
