THE REDBRIDGE (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2007
THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2007

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, on 8 January 2007, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 84 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. 2. The general effect of the 20 mph speed limit Order would be to introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit in the roads and lengths of roads specified in the Schedule 1 to this notice. 3. The general effect of the waiting and loading restriction Order would be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993 so as to introduce waiting restrictions operative “at any time” on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this notice. 4. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 15 January 2007, of the Order being amended and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders, together with documents showing more detailed particulars of the restrictions and plans showing the locations may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays (9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Wednesdays), until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NN. 5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Cunningham Close, between the eastern kerbline of Chadwell Heath Lane for its entire length. Donald Drive, between the common boundary of Nos 61 and 63 Donald Drive and the north-western kerbline of Rochford Avenue. Dunhow Close, between the southern kerbline of Tendring Way for its entire length. Freshwell Avenue, from the north-western kerbline of Rochford Avenue for its entire length. Haywood Close, between the western kerbline of Chadwell Heath Lane for its entire length. Ongar Close, between the southern kerbline of Rochford Avenue for its entire length. Rochford Avenue, between the north-eastern kerbline of Chadwell Heath Lane and the western kerbline of Brian Road. Tendring Way, between the eastern kerbline of Chadwell Heath Lane and the north-western kerbline of Donald Drive. Schedule 2 Chadwell Heath Lane (a) the south-east side (i) from the common boundary of Nos 222 and 224 Chadwell Heath Lane to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 2 of and 3 Chadwell Heath Lane; (ii) from the southern flank wall of No 262 Chadwell Heath Lane to a point 10 metres north of the northern kerbline of South Road; (iii) from the southern kerbline of Tendring Way to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 308 and 310 Chadwell Heath Lane; (b) the north-west side (i) from the common boundary of Nos 222 and 224 Chadwell Heath Lane to a point 4.2 metres south of the southern kerbline of South Road; (ii) from the southern kerbline of Tendring Way to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 308 and 310 Chadwell Heath Lane.
