THE A63 TRUNK ROAD (QUEEN STREET/MARKET PLACE JUNCTION, HULL) (PROHIBITION OF USE OF GAP IN THE CENTRAL RESERVATION)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the A63 Trunk Road in the District of Kingston upon Hull, which comes into force on Friday 12 January 2007. The effect of the Order is as described in issue number 58091 of the London Gazette dated 7 September 2006 (ref: 802). A copy of the Order and the relevant Plan have been deposited at Kingston upon Hull City Council, Guildhall Reception, Alfred Gelder Street, Kingston Upon Hull, HU1 2AA, where they may be inspected during normal office hours. The documents may also be seen at, or obtained by application from, the office of the Director, Traffic Operations (North), The Highways Agency, PO Box 206, 8th Floor East, City House, New Station Street, Leeds, LS1 4UR, quoting reference number HA 41/7/189. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers contained in the above Act, or any requirement of the above Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, may apply to the High Court before Friday 23 February 2007 to suspend or quash the Order or any part of it.
