PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2000
INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that “Stonegate Horizon Ltd” has applied to the Environment Agency for Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permits to operate installations involving the “Operation of Intensive Farming.” The installations are located at Dorrington Farm, Fen Road, Dorrington; Martin Rearing Farm, The Old Airfield, Blankney Fen, Metheringham and Roxholm Farm, Roxholm, in North Kesteven District Council. The applications contain a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment. Information relating to the above IPPC applications for permits to operate the “Dorrington Farm”, the “Martin Rearing Farm” and the “Roxholm Farm” are held in registers at the following locations: The Environment Agency, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough PE2 5ZR; and Environmental Services, District Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincolnshire NG34 7EF. Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above stated addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying. Any objections or representations to the above IPPC applications should be made in writing to the Environment Agency at the address below, within 28 days from the date of this public notice: The Environment Agency Office, Quadrant Building 2, 99 Parkway Avenue, Sheffield S9 4WG. Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request.
