Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, on 2 February 2007, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up to date. In addition, Resolutions may be placed before the Meetings in respect of the Liquidators’ remuneration and any other business. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor and proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, by not later than 12.00 noon on 1 February 2007. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meetings, that the Liquidators’ receipts and payments account and explanation thereof is agreed and approved, and that the Liquidators’ report on the conduct of the winding-up is agreed and approved.
