Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Barry Frederick Newman and Tony James Fells, carrying on business as Car Repair Garage, at Unit 45, Purdeys Way, Purdeys Industrial Estate, Rochford, Essex SS4 1ND, under the firm name of Uncle Tom’s Motoring Centre has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31 July 2006 so far as concerns Barry Frederick Newman who retires from the firm. All debts due and owing by the said former firm will be received and paid by the continuing partner who will continue to carry on the said business as a Limited Company under the name of Uncle Tom’s Motoring Centre Limited.
