CHATWORTH HOLDINGS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held for the purposes of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. These Meetings will be held on Friday 9 February 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.10 am respectively, at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, First Floor, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU. A form of proxy must be lodged with me no later than Thursday 8 February 2007, at 12.00 noon to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed claim form if you have not already lodged one).
