Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between Barbara Cook and Tina Jessop carrying on business as Café Proprietors, under the name of Coffee Co. at 90 King Street, Thorne, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 22 December 2006, as far as concerns Barbara Cook and Tina Jessop who retired from the Partnership and that all debts due to and owing by the late Partnership will be received and paid by the continuing Partner, Barbara Cook, who will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
