NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Ms J Husband for consent to discharge 18.693m3 per day secondary treated sewage effluent from Whinstone View Bistro, Great Ayton, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, TS9 6QG into the River Tame at National Grid Reference NZ 553 121. Any person who wishes to make representations with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR, for the attention of Mrs A Warburton, quoting reference number 254/1938, not later than 16 February 2007. Please be aware that any representations may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act. A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the local Environment Agency office at Swan House, Merchants Wharfe, Westpoint Road, Thornaby, Cleveland, TS17 6BP on weekdays between 9am and 5pm up to 16 February 2007.
