NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency
by: Caerphilly County Borough Council
for: consent to discharge 175 cubic metres per day
of: Swimming pool drain down water
to the: River Rhymney, via a surface water culvert
at National Grid Reference: ST1415599627
from: Heolddu Leisure Centre, Bargoed

Proposed discharge:
This discharge will take place 3 times per year.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to: Environment Agency, Regulatory Water Quality Team, Ty Cambria, 29 Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 0TP.
