THE STOPPING-UP OF THE FORMER BUS TURNING BAY, HENLLYS VILLAGE ROAD, HENLLYS, CWMBRAN IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF TORFAEN

Take notice that Torfaen County Borough Council intend to apply to Abergavenny Magistrates’ Court under section 116 Highways Act 1980 for the stopping-up of the highway described in the Schedule to this notice on the grounds that it is unnecessary. The application is to be heard on 13 March 2007 at 10.00 am. The effect of the Order sought will be to prevent all traffic, over the land for the purposes of identification hatched. This is shown on the plan which is available, or may be inspected, free of charge, at The Department for the Environment, Floor 4, County Hall, Cwmbran, Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
