THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM A219 WOOD LANE (BUS LANE) (AMENDMENT NO 5) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-named Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the above Order, which will come into operation on 8 January 2007, will be to amend The Hammersmith and Fulham A219 Wood Lane (Bus Lane) (No 354) Order 2002 by changing the existing length of bus lane and times of operation as described in the notice of proposal as published in The London Gazette and the Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush Gazette on 8 December 2006.
3. A copy of the Order, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks, beginning with the date on which the Order was made, at the offices of Network Management Group, Highways and Engineering Division, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU.
4. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
