STOPPING-UP OF AN AREA OF HIGHWAY (UNADOPTED) AT THE ACCESS ROAD ADJACENT TO 878 WOLSELEY ROAD, SALTASH PASSAGE, PLYMOUTH
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order
under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-Up of Highways (City of
Plymouth) (No SW4) Order 2006”, authorising the stopping-up of an area of highway
(unadopted) at the access road adjacent to 878 Wolseley Road, Saltash Passage, Plymouth,
to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out
in accordance with the planning permission referred to in that Schedule.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government
Office for the South West, The Planning Team, 1st Floor, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay,
Bristol BS1 6EH, (telephone 0117 900 1896), quoting Ref SW/THM/8247/289, and/or may
be inspected at all reasonable hours at St Budeaux Library, Victoria Road, Plymouth
PL5 1RQ.
Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof,
or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers
of the above Act, or that any requirement of that Act, or of any regulation made thereunder,
has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 5 January
2007, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any
provision contained therein.

Two-storey side extension at 878 Wolseley Road, Saltash Passage, Plymouth, in accordance
with planning permission granted to Mr and Mrs S J Quinn by Plymouth City Council
on 12 January 2006 under Ref 05/01959/FUL.
