Final Meetings

Notice is hereby given, that the Final Meetings of Members and of Creditors of Automarques Limited will be held at the offices of Recovery hjs, 14 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2EA, on 9 February 2007, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Recovery hjs, 14 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2EA, by no later than 12.00 noon on 8 February 2007. G Johnston, Liquidator 22 December 2006.
