SORBUS EUROPE LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that all Creditors, Members, Beneficiaries and others having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, or entitled to Membership of the Sorbus Europe Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (which was established by an Interim Deed dated 30 November 1977, and is now governed by a Definitive Trust Deed dated 22 April 1985 and Rules adopted by a Deed dated 19 March 1990 and Deeds of Amendment dated 27 July 1993 and 25 February 1997) or the fund constituted under it are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees of the Sorbus Europe Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o The Pensions Manager, Fujitsu Services Pensions Department, Swan House, The Causeway, Staines, Middlesex TW18 3BF, on or before 12 March 2007. After this date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Sorbus Europe Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims or demands of which they have had notice. Members who have received a letter from the Trustees dated June 1998 need not respond.
