LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 22 December 2006, Unicredito Italiano S.p.A. transferred to UniCredit Banca Mobiliare S.p.A. all of the interest held by it in Valdivia LBO Fund I L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP7100 and that with effect from 22 December 2006 UniCredito Italiano S.p.A. ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
