NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS

For further information or if you have any queries, please contact Highways Services on 0208 379 3478. 1. Three months’ advance notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the “Council”), as Highway Authority, intend to carry out substantial road works in A105 London Road, Enfield as detailed below. 2. The works will affect the carriageway of A105 London Road, between the junctions of Walsingham Road and Essex Road, Enfield. 3. The works are expected to commence on 26 March 2007, between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm each day. It is anticipated that they will take approximately 1 week to complete. 4. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from the completion of the said works without the consent of the Council, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
