The above Scheme commenced to wind up with effect from 8 November 2006. Any person who has not received an announcement from the Trustees and who thinks that they may be entitled to benefits under this Scheme should contact the Trustees’ appointed advisors within 60 days of the date of this notice: Occupational Pensions Team, PIFC Consulting plc, Dresden House, 72 King William Street, London EC4N 7HR. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims entitlement of which they have notice and are aware and will not, as respects that distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
