PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF DRAFT ORDER PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Enterprise, Innovation and Networks, acting on behalf of the National Assembly for Wales, proposes to hold a public exhibition of the draft Order proposals. The exhibition will be held on Thursday 11 January 2007 and Friday 12 January 2007 from 1000 hours to 2000 hours, and on Saturday 13 January 2007 from 0900 hours to 1300 hours, at Deeside Leisure Centre, Chester Road West, Queensferry. Copies of the draft Order documents will be available at the Exhibition and will also be available for inspection at normal office hours at the following venues: Welsh Assembly Government, Transport Wales, Transport Planning and Administration Division 3, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ; the Welsh Assembly Government, Transport Wales, Dinerth Road, Colwyn Bay; the Offices of the Highways, Transportation, Engineering Department of Flintshire County Council, County Hall, Mold CH7 6NB; the A494 Project Office, 4 Bridge Houses, Queensferry, Flintshire CH5 1SA; and Queensferry Library, Queensferry Campus, Queensferry, Deeside, Flintshire CH5 1SA. Any persons who wish to have their views on the proposals considered should write to the Welsh Assembly Government at the above address by 16 February 2007. In the preparation of any views on the proposals it should be borne in mind that the substance of these views may be communicated to other people who may be affected by them.
