THE HAVERING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 200*.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The effect of the Waiting Restriction Order would be to impose waiting restrictions operative at any time on the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice. 3. Copies of the proposed Order, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the location and effects of the Order can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Technical Services reception, Whitworth Centre, Noak Hill Road, Romford, Essex RM3 7YA. 4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Technical Services reception, Whitworth Centre, Noak Hill Road, Romford, Essex RM3 7YA, quoting reference LBH/414 to arrive by 19 January 2007. Dooley Head of Law SCHEDULE Dagenham Road (a) the east side, between a point 3.00 metres north of a point opposite the northern kerb-line of Lilliput Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 2 and 4 Lilliput Road; (b) the west side, between a point 10.00 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Lilliput Road and a point 12.80 metres north of a point opposite the northernmost wall of Nos. 25 to 36 Oldchurch Gardens, Dagenham Road. Lilliput Road, both sides, between the western kerb-line of Dagenham Road and a point 10.00 metres west of that kerb-line.
